June 2026

June 2026 Newsletter

Our school has had an exciting and productive few weeks. EQAO assessments are now complete, and we’re proud of the focus and determination our Grade 3 and Grade 6 students showed throughout the process. Thank you to staff and families for supporting them along the way.

Students brought incredible energy to our Track and Field Day, participating in sprints, long jump, ball throw, and more. Their sportsmanship and enthusiasm made the day a memorable one. Good luck to the athletes moving forward to represent Marchmont at the area meet!

Our baseball teams have been showing great teamwork and spirit as the season gets underway, practicing hard and giving their best in each game. We’re excited to cheer them on as the season continues. Congratulations to our Wrestling team that recently competed in the area and county meets! Your coaches are proud of the growth you made over the past season!

We’re also thrilled to share that our Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser was a tremendous success. Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we raised over $500 to support heart health initiatives. A heartfelt thank‑you to all students and families who participated and donated.

A big thank you to our FDK teams who recently hosted a Kindergarten Art Night! Creativity was at the forefront as our students shared their creations with friends and family! Our team was also here to host Welcome to Kindergarten for our newest Mustangs who are getting ready to start at Marchmont in the fall! Our FDK Team Rocks!
